Freebie Potted Print

Always and Always

As some of you may know, I teach digital media as well as ceramics at Greenville High School. So I have been working on something special for all of you! I have created a digital print-out for all of you to have for yourselves. It features one of my favorite pots, flowers from my garden, and a quote that I genuinely love.

To create this piece I used Adobe Photoshop and the app Procreate. This was a fun little project where I used a photo that I had taken last spring and created a cartooned version of it. I teach a similar project to the kids at school, and they always love it. So as the summer slipped by, I created this to relax as I had a few spare minutes here and there. This project was created through several states, obviously South Carolina but also California, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

The quote came to me in an instant. I have always loved Claude Monet’s art above others. Something about the blending blues and greens have always been quite enticing. And what better quote than one involving flowers!
